Cody Sifford

Originally from Newton, North Carolina, Cody joined Godbold, Romanov & Love CPAs in 2026 and brings multiple years of experience in tax preparation for individuals and businesses. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, holds a Certification in Financial Technologies, and is currently pursuing the Enrolled Agent (EA) designation.

As a Staff Accountant, he prepares a wide range of tax returns while working closely with clients to provide accurate, dependable service and help them navigate complex tax matters with confidence.

Outside of work, Cody enjoys playing golf, fishing, watching sports, and trying new restaurants with his girlfriend.
